I’ve learned that the most sustainable changes are embarrassingly small.

What I’m keeping

  • A short morning walk, even if it’s just 10 minutes
  • One focused block of work before checking messages
  • Less “perfect setup”, more “start now”

What I’m dropping

  • Doom-scrolling during meals
  • Over-planning the day and under-doing the day

A rule that helps

If I can do it in two minutes, I do it immediately.

That’s it. Small, boring, repeatable.
