- One focused block of work before checking messages
- Less “perfect setup”, more “start now”
What I’m dropping
- Doom-scrolling during meals
- Over-planning the day and under-doing the day
A rule that helps
If I can do it in two minutes, I do it immediately.
That’s it. Small, boring, repeatable.
